Listening to: Silent Drive
Feeling: frustrated
11:53 Late Friday Night   Commando Teresa Today was sort of an interesting day. I got second place in both of the swimming events this morning that I competed in (33.3 free and 33.3 fly. oh . my. dear. poo). When I told my mum she was so proud. Until I told her that there were only two people total competing. Oh well, second place is second place! I hate competitions... Anyway, i got into chemistry in the last 15 to 20 minutes of class and i drew a 5 minute picture of the guy in front of me. Then I showed it to him and he was like "hey wow!" and I grinned and felt sort of like a stalker. haha. it was fun. Interval was alright, I ate my banana. Art was fun, I got to play with Ink! and i didn't get any on my new white shirt, i was so proud. Lunch was alright, I did some maths with calculus homework with the help of Simon and Caleb. Simon's help was more like 'geez teresa this stuff is so easy' and caleb's was like 'why don't you just cross out da da da..oh wait nevermind you can't.' so they were pretty useless. Hyun woo's help was like 'the answer is da da da.' and it was even useless-er. in Maths with Calc there was more division of evil polynomials and writing of theorems which I can't see being useful but probably they'll be the staple of my future career in maths. English was alright, I read more student columns and "assessed" them. How fun. I walked with Caleb back to his house, then when I was there my sister came running at me in a kirkwood uniform and was like "come on let's go!" so I went home. haha dad picked me up from Caleb's today. Caleb was so confused. I felt stalkerish yet again. Then I hung around home. Mum took chelsea to horseback riding lessons and then to her friend's for a sleepover, then mum and dad went off to downtown for a night without children with Peg and Dave. Then Andrew, Zeb, and Caleb showed up just as I was starting to relax. haha they talked to my parents as they were getting in the car--what eery timing! They informed me of the thing and they said my parents told them i was to be home by midnight. They wondered how I knew there was going to be a thing tonight if they didn't even know before like half an hour earlier. I'm psychic. So I logged out of the computer, locked the doors and closed the windows in the lounge, and left. The thing was pretty fun. I read Richard Scarry with Zeb and cooked with Caleb and played Othello with um. the cookies. That's right, I played Othello with the cookies. Andrew and Zeb bet on who would win. The cookies or me. Andrew had 5 monopoly bucks on the cookies, Zeb's 5 monopoly bucks were on me. I was playing for the cookies. The cookies almost fucking won. It turned out to be a draw. I drew against cookies. Against Chocolate chip biscuits. Andrew drove me home after I finished (everyone was staying to watch the cookies kick my ass and everyone was terribly surprised to find out it was a draw. Both Andrew and Zeb counted the dots). My parents weren't home yet. All the doors were locked, most of the windows were closed. I didn't have the key. being innovative, I pulled my phone, managed to turn it on in the dark, called michael's cell to see if peg had michael's cell, got the voice mail. I decided to use the phone as a flashlight and i realised one of the windows was still open in the dining room. Unfortunately, it was the top one. Since I'm so cat like and graceful, I tromped through the daisies to get to the side of the house. I stood up on my tiptoes and opened the window further. I reached through to try and open the bottom one, but i couldn't quite make it. I then dropped the phone. Groaning obscenities under my breath, I grabbed a chair from the dining table that I could reach and I pulled it against the window. Scaled up the wall and straddled the window and tried my darndest not to break it. Luckily, the window did not break, and I made it in with only a few bruises. YAY for me. That was my day/night. It was very exciting. Oh what fun it is to be me.

Wow. I want to break in to my own house. Except, I don't think I would ever be able to unless I wanted to break something. No open windows here.
