4:47 Late Tuesday Afternoon (19 August 2008)   The Smell of Summer Gasoline from two-stroke lawn mowers Hot plastic Cut grass Asphalt Water from sprinkler systems Pungent flowers Girls wearing too much body spray Boys' sweat ...I can't believe I forgot what it was like. It's obvious I don't get out enough. Well I didn't work a full 8 hours today...there just wasn't enough to do. I'll do work for Dad on Saturday to make up for it. I want a camera before the hummingbirds leave for the winter.

i love fish eye lenses as well! the caves emit the coolest breeze as you walk by so even though i was in the sunlight that day it was pleasant taking photos. do you like photography? you should buy something from the canon eos line and tell me how you like it so i can then purchase one :) i have not yet plunged into the world of digital slr. maybe i am a bit attached to analog still.
Ah, summer. I love summer. Spring is here in a few weeks - then we'll have wattle. Yay! Thank goodness I don't have really bad hayfever.
I won't lie, I never much cared for the smell of sweaty boy.
