Feeling: serious
3:11 Mid Friday Afternoon (17 October 2008)   It Tastes of Minerals. bureaucracies are so frustrating. How many hoops must he jump through before they will grant him his student visa? One of the people he had to talk to when he was ordering the forms told him he should have at least 2 pieces of evidence (i.e. close family in NZ, record of a job offer upon return, intention to gain higher education in NZ, etc) that he intends to leave the country when he's finished. He only has the family in New Zealand, so we've got to figure out a way to make my government to realise his lack of intention of staying in the US. I really hope they don't ask if he knows anyone in the states. I want the government to put more regulations on businesses and less on my life as an individual. I don't trust businesses. I trust myself. I'm tired and cranky and maybe a little bored or a little frustrated or a little both with the electrical conductivity meter. the soils went anaerobic on me. Unfortunately it seems the microbes are using NO3- as a terminal electron acceptor. stinky!
