SPRING BREAK ADVENTURES! Monday Spent the morning at Citrus and Sage talking politics and religion. James is such a studd, and Nichelle looked hott! Then went to 1st Dam to feed the sweet sweet ducks. I'm surprised that most of them aren't dead, the probably eat so much bread and crackers. The most well-fed ducks on the planet for sure. For lunch we made pasta with pesto at Nichelle's place then to "Enchanted" at the cheap theater. After it was back to Nichelle's house for quick nap and make up check before going to Damien's party. I was surprised at how many people were there. We played Signs, Pool, and ate cherry crepes for most of the evening and following that was lots of playing around, laughter, and chatter. Dan and John stole our shoes and after finding them Katie and I headed back to her house for our sleepover! We watched Moulin Rouge [a favorite] and ate gummy bears. The couch that I slept on was falling apart so I didn't have the best sleep but it was really good to spend time with Katie. I kinda feel like we're having a hard time connecting because we have so little in common. I've been working really hard on this because I get along with everyone else so well and Katie is ever present. I figure if we can make this friendship a little less shallow that maybe we could get somewhere. So I've been working on it and I think that the ice cracked a little that night. Tuesday. In the morning we ate some delicious cheerios then headed to 1st Dam to feed the ducks again! We just couldn't resist! It was a fantastic morning full of sunshine and glimmer and the ducks quacking in the background made for a perfect morning. We split forces so that I could take a nap, shower and recharge for the day. I spent the morning cleaning my room, car, doing laundry and organizing shelves and then around 4ish I went over to Jess's house to painting. She did a lovely portrait of herself in about 5 minutes. James made a rockin' shirt with a bleached tree going up the side of it. It was wonderful! Katie crocheted, Nichelle worked on her TreeHouse painting, Zach and I talked and wrote a script for our movie that we plan on making. I started to draw some flowers but Jess and I suddenly got the urge to take another nap so we headed to her room to snag some z's. I love Jess's room, it's peaceful, big and quite. I love the purple lamps and the lovely feminine things that she has about the place. You walk into the room and you feel this sweet calming energy. You have no choice but to sleep. It still didn't happen for some reason. We talked a little bit about her, Dan, and James. Me with my situation and just how things are going. It was good to spend some quality time with her when I haven't for SO long. It was good. Later Nichelle and Jess spent time with Heather, Katie went to Shalese's , James headed to work, and Zach took off for rehearsal. I went home, cleaned a little bit more then Scott came and picked me up and we headed over to Emily's to make some dinner and watch "V for Vendetta". We never made dinner, but we played lots of Rock Band and then Scott went home while we watched the movie. After finishing V we headed to Wal-Mart to grab some munchies and buy Transformers. Upon returning we watched Transformers. I started to fall asleep in the middle of it and no one could blame me. It was 3:30 am. I headed up to bed and Emily took Isaac and Katt home. Wednesday The next morning we slept in until about 1, had some chocolate chex, cleaned up her house a little bit then I headed home to take a shower and get some things done. I spent some time with Sarah after I got ready for the day, then went home for a couple hours. I haven't been getting much sleep lately so I planned on taking a quick nap for the evening began. Jess gave me a call about 20 minutes into my nap and wanted to check out Jana's party. We headed over, I still have no idea how we found the house but.. whatever. There was a bunch of cool people there, pretty low key which I think was what we were hoping for. I played pool with Julie, Lindsey and this really hot guy named Chris who turned out to be incredible! To bad numbers weren't exchanged. Skyler was a sweetheart and commented on my outfit which made me feel really good about myself. Jess got stuck playing a sick game of Guesstures which was HILARIOUS!. After a couple rounds of pool we headed up to have some snacks. After some light chit chat we decided that we wanted to head out. We called Tannin and invited him to come over then returned to Jess's house. Both of us were in a really weird mood so we played some Dominoes and talked about our feelings. James came over a little bit later and we relocated to his place for some more good quality time. About 1 we all headed home which brings us to this morning. Thursday I just woke up, it's 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I need to shower, reorganize my room, do some more laundry then give James and Nichelle a quick call to find out about tonight. A bonfire with scary stories!! :) later Scary stories were fantastic!! Tannin told this really awesome one about coffins. It was hilarious, we played some awesome murder in the dark. I was the last one found!!! I was so excited. I've never won at that game but I pulled out my inner stealth and succeeded. Tannin nearly stepped on me when he found me. Ah well. Later we had pizza [ugh] and then sat and chatted. When most everyone had left we discussed my SuperHero party. I didn't know what would happen. For some reason we were just having a really hard getting it together. Anyways, we came to no conclusions- I think we were all to tired to think straight so we all headed home. Friday I slept in until about 1:30 pm and then got to work on SuperHero words. I checked out Six Star and the Dollar Tree. Found some sweet stuff but still didn't have enough money to buy anything because I'm dirt poor with no job. Super hero posters at Wal-Mart were 6 bucks each!! Anyways, after that I came home, ate some late lunch/dinner and then hung out with Sarah for a few hours. Mostly we just talked, we haven't done that in a while. It was good to just go for a drive with some sweet music. The weather was fairly nice so that was awesome. We stopped and visited with Emily, Isaac, and Katt and then realized that I was tired again so decided it was time to go. I've been getting to bed so late and waking up late. Really obnoxious so I was in bed by about 8:40 pm. At about 10 my phone rang. It was Vella. Normally when I'm going to bed I'll turn my phone off, or at least set it on silent, but Guido calls me Saturday mornings and I'm a late sleeper. I keep it on, and on full volume so that if I AM asleep when he calls I can be woken up to get it. Vella asked me some random question that I can't remember then said "did I wake you up? go back to sleep" Then hung up... uh. So I tried but I couldn't!!!! I sat up thinking about Guatemala and Italy until about midnight and then just as I was about to slip into a sweet REM cycle my phone buzzed with at text. It was Sarah having a hard time. So I sat up and talked and texted to the best of my ability with her until she calmed down, which was around 3 in the morning. Saturday Finally got to sleep about 3, Guido didn't call- but left me a message on facebook saying he'd call later. I woke up, headed over to Nichelle's house to talk about party plans this evening. At about 4 I went home to work on my costume. I put the whole thing together in about 2 hours- the ENTIRE costume. It was awesome. At 6 headed over to Jess's where we all got ready. Jess did my eyebrows, Nichelle did my mask make up. And then the 3 of us :Link, Starlight, and Zot headed over to James house. My party was AWESOME!! We had super hero shakes, power did with veggies and then they'd planned out all these actions shots with a really sweet camera and to top it all off we did super hero deeds for most of the night [taking food to families in need, shoveling ice, etc] it was INCREDIBLE!! They had everything decked out and we played some sweet party games. Ahhh!! They planned it all out and I didn't have to do a thing. It was amazing!! Even Damien came which was a pleasant surprise. We did presents and I got some fantastic gifts!! I love my friends! Ah! I don't know. IT was probably the best birthday party that I've ever been thrown. Splendid. Sunday Sarah came over, dinner with the family. Then to James house for some ultimate Scrabble with his family and Jess. Mm. Spring Break.
