Listening to: nothing
Feeling: alright
Well, my issue from the previous entry is far from being resolved, but after a motivational talk from Hannah last night, and a hug from Catherine today, I feel just a little bit better.
School was...well let's not get into that subject.
Broadway Bound was awesome. We've switched our competition piece to Chorus Line. It's sooo very awesome, and I'm much more excited to do this one, than One Short Day from Wicked. We worked on the dance the whole class, and a little bit of vocals.
I wish I could feel the way I feel at Broadway Bound all the time. I feel like I'm getting somewhere. I'm with some of my best friends. I'm surrounded by people with a common interest. and from 5:15-6:45 I don't have to think about school, or grades, or why I'm unhappy.
Before any of my friends at CN get offended, I will say I adore many of you. I just hate the school. and I hate being 14.
If I want to feel better, I will think of Broadway Bound. I will think of Little Women with Hannah. I will think about laughing with/at Catherine haha. I will think about my two NYC trips this year, especially the one in which I will be with Catherine,Hannah, etc. I will think about how I will get to see Emily in the airport in just 2 weeks. I will think about Bye Bye Birdie. I will think about Molly putting Sutton Foster for her extra credit on the religion test. I will think about Kristen Elmore bringing me the Guidepost with Kristin Chenoweth on the cover. That's what I've got for now. There are other things that make me happpy. But those are the ones that I think of first.
This entry isn't sad, I don't think.
anyway, i can't wait to see you in the airport and give you your plane ride letter! and I'm glad thinking about it made you happy because it makes me happy too! And on that trip up here with catherine, hannah, etc, I probably will be able to hang out with you guys too!! EEEE! I love you and remember, concentrate on that good stuff!:)
xoxo Cate
I'm really proud of you, because I think you're starting to over come this hard time. Remember, you have amazing friends who care about you ((me!)) and you have a dream and a goal to work towards!
AND...WE SAW SUTTON FOSTER ON THE FIRST ROW!!!!!!!!
I mean...that just makes everything automatically better, eh?
*MUAH!!!!!!!!!!*
