I guess it's time to update. Wednesday- musical theatre camp. yay. Then I went over to Molly's, and she drove Calle and me up to Lake Wateree. Okay, we got lost, and had to park next to a telephone pole and see if we had service. It wasn't successful. Finally, we made it to Kelley's lake house. We got into the lake(p.s. I really don't like lake water) and waited out turns to ride the jet ski/tube. It was very fun. Though it's also scary to be on that tube and be holding on for dear life. I don't like to fall. After that, we went in and did random stuff. Then, we went down and sat around the bonfire and made smores. Then the usual split accured. yeah. Oh yeah at musical theatre camp on wed. Leigh Powell came and talked to us and what she said was very interesting. She said if someone says they'll only take a lead then they aren't worth casting because if they think their "too good" for ensemble then the director can assume that their just "too good" to be in the show. I can think of a lot of people that need to take that advice to mind. Thursday- I came home. I went to musical theatre camp. Then I took a nap, then I went to rehearsal. boo. I was bored. Friday(today)- went to musical theatre camp. We had our showcase today which was pretty fun. I was sorta sad it was over, mainly because I'll miss spending the whole day with MK. She's one of the nicest, most talented people I've ever met. I'll also miss walking to get chinese food for lunch with everyone. and talking to william and heather and molly. Oh well, I'll see all of them at the dance studio. After that, I came home and napped. Then, I went to see Assassins with my mom. Who did I see? Katie, Abby, Keith, I think those are all the people I talked to before the show. Assassins. What can I say? It left me very affected. It was thought provoking and disturbing and funny and just different from all of the shows I've ever seen. MK was of course perfect in her role, hilarious. Giulia was awesome. It was just a great cast really. After the show, I gave MK flowers and she introduced me to her family as "Laurie". She def. has that Oklahoma thing still with her. Then, I gave Giulia her flowers and gave her a hug. Then I left. I'm not in a grand mood right now. Don't know why. Just sort of icky. Oh well, it will pass.
