I don't think I want to act/sing/dance anymore. I didn't get a part in Beauty and the Beast. This is my 3rd failed audition in a row. Maybe I wanna quit because I'm lazy, maybe because I'm sick of people making fun of me, or maybe because I am a realist. If I can't get into one community theatre show, how can I actually think I'll be on Broadway. So yeah, that's the end of that.

you're only in 9th grade anyway, you have so much time.

how about this? how about acting/singing/dancing makes you happy, you enjoy doing it, so do it now as a hobby. That's what I did. I certainly didn't intend to make a career out of it at your age.

Then, when you get to 12th grade and have to pick a college, maybe you'll be more ready to make a decision that large.

lori don't quit! so wat if u didn't make a few plays, there r TONS more opportunities waiting for ya! and who cares if certain ppl don't like u or w/e, the ones who r ur true friends will stick with u no matter wat! i still LOVE u no matter if u act and stuff or w/e! ur good at wat u do and ur time will come! don't give up! luv ya girlie!!!

It's supposed to be fun so if you're having fun do it and screw everyone else,if you hate it then that's another story. But it sounds like you love it
