so yesterday we (Nati, Jeff, Becky, Clarissa, and myself along with Matthew) went to Matt's house to hang. Neither me or Matt have money to spend so he decided to have people over. At first it was just Nati, Jeff, Matt, and Me. That was fun, and we all played at Holt park and shit. Then, we went back to Matt's house and watched Superstar. The last time I saw that movie was like when it first came out, and even then I didn't pay that close of attention. LOL. Then Becky and Clarissa came and it got boring. LOL. WOO! so the moral of this was that i was pretty active yesterday (pats myself on back) and I was thinking that I should really get back into my whole in shape thing. I've been feeling shitty lately and I think it's because I don't exercise that much anymore. I always felt SO MUCH better when I would exercise. Physically and emotionally. it was grand. so i think i want to get back into that again. but today i started out small. whenever i start to get back into a routine, i hit the ground running and end up pulling muscle after muscle. so i started out with like 5 boy push-ups. i used to be able to do 25 easily. :( and then i lifted my weights. woo. imma be buff. LOL. i only did it for like 3 minutes. and then i did 40 sit ups. starting out small. i hope by like christmas i can get back into pilates. i love pilates. :D but yeah. we'll see how that goes. :)
