My legion of warriors slowly cuts down the garrison of guards, and Cloud faces off against me in single combat.
He jumps towards me and slashes downwards at me. I roll to the side, and come up on one knee. I stab out towards his gut, and he rolls to the side and slashes out at me again.
I catch his blade with mine and shove the tip of it into the ground. He grips the handle of his buster sword and tries to pull it out of the ground. I punch him as hard as I can across the face, and he releases the handle of his sword and goes down.
I grit my teeth and grip the handle of my katana in one hand and walk towards him, when he sweeps my legs from beneath me. I land hard on my back and struggle to keep the air in my lungs as I try to quickly get to my feet.
Cloud doesn't go for his sword, but instead kicks me in the gut. I go down again, and then he turns to get his sword. I crawl away, short of breath on the ground as he walks towards me.
The robed man I met in the forest places himself between myself and Cloud, and challenges Cloud to single combat. I would've thanked him, if I could breath properly.
They fight for a few minutes, then Cloud forces my friend's blade into the ground and uppercuts him, leaving his midsection open to attack.
I stand and realize what's happening, but it's already too late for my friend. Cloud pulls his sword back and rams it into my friend's gut. The tip of the massive buster sword emerges through my friend's spine, and blood spurts everywhere.
I angrily grip the handle of my katana in both hands and let out a yell of anger before I charge at Cloud as fast as I can.
I take him by surprise, and run right into him. Using my momentum, I throw him far from his sword, but I also lose my own on the ground as we keep going.
He jumps to his feet and lashes out at me with his fists, but I block his punches and savagely punch him across the face. He goes down and blood begins flowing from the corner of his mouth.
I pull him to his feet and punch him across the face several more times.
Fueled by my anger, I show no signs of stopping.
