We arrived on the outskirts of the village within a few days, where we waited. I was confident my plan would work, so I draped my black cloak over my shoulders and approached the men. "I'm going to go scout out the area for knights." I said, before standing. I got nods for all of them, and I moved away from the, drifting like a shadow across the landscape. I walked around the land until I was out of their eyeshot, and then headed towards the mountain range where The Order's base was located. I wandered the mountain paths for a while, sensing the presence of The Order's knights and masters drawing closer. I felt a strong presence growing closer, and I felt the tip of a blade press against the back of my neck. "Who goes there?" I heard Quexos say. I smiled and slowly turned. "It isn't wise to turn your blade on the man who trained you." I said, a smile rising to my face. He grinned. "Marius? What've you been doing?" He asked with a huge smile on his face as he clapped me on the shoulder. He sheathed his blade and we walked toward The Order's base. I told him what had happened, and exactly what my plan was, and when we arrived, everyone was happy to see me as well. I heard running coming towards me, and I turned towards it source. Kathleen was running at me as fast as she could, and when she got to me she wrapped her arms around my neck, pulled my close and kissed me hard on the lips. After a few minutes she pulled back and grinned at me. "I'm glad you're back." she said. I kissed her again, and almost didn't want to tell her my mission wasn't finished. "Well, I still have a few more things to do before the mission is over, but I'm back for the time being." I said softly, so only Kathleen could hear it. She smiled at me. "Just as long as you come back alive remember?" she said. I smiled and kissed her again. I looked at Luke, who stood there with a smile on his face, glad I had returned as well. "Luke, I'm going to need your help again." I said. He nodded slowly. "I'd be more than happy to. What do you need?" He asked. "When I go back to the raiding party, I'm going to tell them its ok to start the raid. I want you and some knights to trail behind me, and when I say that, attack them. I want it to look like you ambushed us. I want you guys to kill them all, and wound me so it looks like I fought back. Then I can go and tell Athad that we were ambushed and you killed all of us." I said. Luke nodded. "I can do that." He said. "I call wounding him." Kathleen said. I looked at her and could tell she was joking, although I wasn't quite sure. "You're mean!" I said in mock defense. She smiled. "Love you." I kissed her. "Love you too."
