Death led us back to hell, and made me wait with Inekwar while they were to get their boss. Fire roared endlessly all around us, and the wailing screams of tortured souls filled the air.
Inekwar visibly shuddered.
"I never wish to see this place again father." he said.
"Nor I." I said back to him.
A huge plume of fire opened up before us, and the black suited boss of the Four Horsemen appeared with the Horsemen following behind him.
Famine and Pestilence were visibly angered, but War and Death paid no attention to them.
"You wished to see me?" the boss asked.
"I wish to plead for the life of this human." I said.
"Why? Is this one any different than the others you've destroyed?" he asked.
"Yes." I said.
"Father..." Inekwar said softly, but not quiet enough for the black suited boss not to hear him.
"Oh I see," he started, "he's your son."
I snarled.
"Its too bad then that he has to die." he said.
"What? He has done nothing worthy of such a fate." Death said.
"Shut up. I own you four. You're supposed to do what I say, not vice-versa!" the boss shouted in anger.
Death stayed silent.
"Well, you don't own me!" I shouted before pulling my sword from its sheath and swinging it at the boss.
My attack sailed through empty air, for he was no longer there.
"What the...?" I asked myself, before I saw the glint of a sword to my left.
I jumped to the side as the boss' black bladed sword swung through the air. He chuckled.
"Like the sword?" he asked.
I examined his blade. It was my old sword from when I was actually alive and still part of the Order.
"I'll kill you!" I rasped. I stabbed out with my sword but he batted the attack aside. He stepped back and stabbed my side, the tip of his sword piercing my armour and poking into my flesh.
Blood dribbled over the holy and down my armour, and I winced in pain.
"You can't kill me." he said.
"All you've done is send us out to punish those who you felt was evil, but you're the one who is evil." I rasped, standing tall and preparing to fight.
"No kidding. You just caught on now?" he smirked. He lashed out, swinging his sword with expert skill.
I managed to parry his attacks, but the wound he inflicted was beginning to take its toll on me.
"I will bring you to justice!" I rasped, struggling to stay standing.
"You and what army?" the boss asked.
I looked at him and smirked.
