My sister just told me that my co-worker John has lost his girlfriend and things are going real bad for him right now. I feel so bad for him. We're all pooling together to pull him out of this. Even though he is no longer working with us at IB, we still remember all the fun times we had with him at work. True there were problems, but John got around them better than anyone and tried to make everything easy and laid back when the boss didn't want that at all. We had fun shooting tiny jaw breakers across the boardwalk at the sad victim over at the griddy or the barnyard basketball. We did get in trouble but then again it was all worth it. It was my first summer there and I know it won't be the same with John gone. I just hope he realizes that we all care for him and don't want him to do anything foolish. He just needs to remember we have his back. -Kat-
