I officially give up. I don't care what happens to my back anymore. Yes I am getting another stupid MRI next week but even the spinal doctor thinks it will come back clean. I'm just supposed to follow Dr. Rosen's plan from now on. This is is why I am giving up. Nothing has helped and I doubt anything will. So I am just going to start doing what I want to do again and I don't care what happens. If my back gets worse, so be it. After living by doctor restrictions starting back in November I'm done. I want my life back in my own hands.
