Listening to: Waiting for Yesterday-12 Stones
Feeling: torn
The weekend was no relaxing one. I got in around 4:30 and Mom and I left for town. We went to Millers to look at carpet and brought home to the two winner samples. Convincing her to let me have the Hunter Ridge (Green), we remeasured the room and decided on when to have the carpet installed. We will be painting my room a nice off white to mix with the carpet. Dad is ripping up the carpet after we move the furniture out the weekend Spring Break starts. We bought the carpet and placed our installation day on the calendar. Dad and I went up to Winamac to pick up our new pool liner, enjoyed the lovely tanning beds, grabbed B&K for lunch, and bought a hoodie and me a new pair of gauchos for less than a buck at Wal-Mart, and went bowling. The family sat down and discussed a family vacation for next year spring break if everything falls in place. 3 out of the 4 want to go on a Carnival Cruise for 3 days. Beth is of course not up to that idea. She is leaning more to Texas or California. I really want the cruise. Warm days on a ship and islands in the day with dancing and fun at night. I really wish it would happen. Anywho, we had church this morning and I got in around 2:30 this afternoon. Did my calc homework and chem write-up and lab report. Have my chem exam 2 tomorrow night. The weekend was a busy one and it will only be getting more busy. I am so counting down the days until I'm home working in my room.

It's a long walk back to reality,
She puts another brick in the wall of shame she made so long ago
Trying to figure out where things went wrong
Searching through all the lies she told
Somehow she missed out on all the things that she needed most
Days spent wondering why this
Life is so cold and nothing ever changes
Screaming for attention,
Watch the sun steal yesterday
Hiding all emotion far away
Trying to find his self confidence,
Another broken heart behind the painless smile that he shows
Reminded that yesterday is so far gone
And tomorrow is still a miracle
Somehow he missed out on all the things he needed
most days spent wondering why this life is so cruel and
Nothing ever changes
Screaming for attention,
Watch the sun steal yesterday
Hiding all emotion far away
Screaming for attention,
Watch the sun steal yesterday
Hiding all emotion far away
Screaming for attention,
Watch the sun steal yesterday
Hiding all emotion far away
Screaming for attention,
watch the sun steal yesterday
Hiding all emotion far away
Tomorrow's still a miracle
