I finally got my manipulation today. It felt so good. The only problem is it leaves you tender. The doctor worked my neck back into place, giving it a good hard tissue massage. At first it hurt, but as he proceeded it felt great. Of course I'm not happy about being at school. Haley threw a fit as I packed and I don't blame her. I would rather be at home like I have for the past three days but I do have to get an education at some point. I came back this evening and got in around 5:30. Had about 10 minutes to start unpacking and then I headed to practice. Moved up to Bronze level in dance and we learned Silver steps. It helps us get an idea of the difference from Beginner to Bronze and from Bronze to Silver. Funny thing is for once I am not feeling a dance high. It is weird. Normally I'm wired from dancing but not tonight. I'm tired, tender, and just trying to relax. I get to cover to Tas tomorrow morning. I don't mind doing so because the money decent. I don't know. I am ready for the brief trip home next Saturday night. I'm ready to go spend another night with my girls.
