This weekend went by fast. Unfortunately only the Bears won today but I know the Broncos will bounce back. Anyways, the corn maze was a lot of fun. Douglas and I eventually separated from the rest of the group and took forever to finish the "vampire" maze we were in. I think it took nearly 2 hours before we finally completed the thing and it was well past dark by then. Taz, Emily, and Emily's bo went their own way and ended up in the "witch" maze before completing the "Cat" maze and the "pumpkin" maze. We were all cold except for Douglas by the time we left. Denny's was our next destination. Being tired, everything seemed funnier and we were almost always laughing. The Denny's Slamburger is absolutely delicious and I recommend it to anyone. I crashed just after midnight when I fell asleep. I had only been back in my room for about an hour prior to drifting to sleep. It was nice being back in a warm bed that relieves my back pain. It was getting hard to stand up during the long hours at the corn maze but I will say I do not regret it. I want to go back next October, hopefully on the night of the haunting so we can get scared witless in the maze.
