First day of classes went smoothly. I have a power class (hour and 15 minute class) over Shakespeare on film, I'm giving Dendrology another try, and then I have to introductory classes in my Forestry and Natural Resources department. Today and tomorrow are the long days on the schedule. Ballroom tonight with Dan! I only hope he doesn't drill us in Jive tonight. I need time to loosen up to that fast pace dance. The hardest and fastest dance and I love it! I do look forward to meeting old dance buddies. I am still debating on if I will compete in anything beyond the Purdue Comp in November but I'm pretty sure I won't. Can't afford it really. Well, I can but I can't afford a lot of time off from work if I want to be able to return to school in the spring without getting another loan or two. Okay, time to settle in and get a chunk of homework done. I have an entire play called "The Taming of the Shrew" by Shakespeare to read and 5 or 6 chapters to read for Dendrology. Best get to it.
