Listening to: MxPx- Begin To Start
Feeling: pained
I just woke up from 10 hours of replacement sleep. I went to the Relay For Life, to raise money for cancer. The crux of the thing is that you have one rep from your team walk around the track at all times of the night. I topped out at 38 laps. Thing is, after seeing people so alive, and seeing my uncle's wedding, getting in trouble for something as trivial as a midterm grade just doesn't seem relevant anymore. I know my parents are mad, I guess they deserve it, but I have nothing to keep them from being mad. It's just slightly frustrating when my dad tells me that I never do work when he is never home to see me do it in the first place. Going back though, one thing I really loved about the Relay was just the unity among everyone there, regardless of school or what have you. It's nice to have a rest from getting scolded every once in a while. Have a nice night everyone.
