The Notebook, and thoughts thereafter

The Notebook, a sensational 1940's love story, ends with its audience in tears. Throughout the movie as the notebook is being read, you can't help but to smile as Noah and Allie race through a passionate and heart-wrenching summer together. This movie was made for first-loves, tugging at your heart and streaming down your cheeks, overjoyed and incredibly sad. The cinemotography is also phenomonal, bringing to the basic movie format an artful edge that is often over-looked in romance films. Don't see any previews before the movie unless you want the film spoiled. It's best to go in clueless and let everything unfold before you, one page at a time. Oh, and don't forget the kleenex. ~~~~~~~~ I had a fantastic day today. I was invited to go tubing down the river with Nik and Ash and some other people I didn't feel like being friendly too, but instead of going with them, I put in more hours at the office and had a fabulous linner with David (in which we spoke Dunch) and then later went to see the Notebook with Kim and sat in a coffee shop with her and Aaron, and also talked to Staci, an old friend who graduated a couple years ago. Kim and I talked for a while and as I was driving home, I passed by David's work and remembered it was about the time his shift ended, so I chatted with him for a little bit and finally made it home. Here, a letter from Mike awaited me and I was anxious to read it, having been expecting it for a couple days now. It left me confused, and ever more missing his company. You know, what they say is right. You never know what you've got until it's gone. It's even worse when you never had it to begin with. Well, I'm tired and restless, so maybe I'll go work on a new graphic for this thing. Carrie PS- New pic made. Yes? No? Eh, at least it's a little less...gothic. Still kinda scary though, huh? I'm running out of pictures to toy with; the internet doesn't provide much. Please send. : )
