Sh-sh-sh-shakin'

Note: Finished last entry, Mystery Man, so if you only read the first draught, there's a bit more. Last night Paul invited me, last minute, to go to the Rooney concert with him. So of course I went, feeling horrible for ditching my plans with David, but I promised I would make it up to him. I mean, Rooney! Anyway, we had a rockin' time and I bought another t-shirt to add to my growing collection. Mike will be home in 12 days and I can't wait. We've already made plans to hang out the night he gets in. I miss him soooo much. It will feel so nice to be hanging out with him again. I guess what they say is true; distance makes the heart grow fonder. (Well, to a certain extent). School was exceedingly long today and I was swamped at work. Little sleep and lots of hours on my feet. I'm exhausted and achy. Ash and I went thrift shopping; went to Goodwill. She had tremendous luck and bought 6 tops. I did not have such great luck and bought one funny shirt for kicks and giggles and a pair of comfy pajama pants. I saw a pair of cowboy boots I really wanted, but they were heavily worn and still $15, so i declined. Most people get grossed out by second-hand stores, but I could care less. They're just clothes and today's clothing is outrageous. Some of the stuff in Goodwill is in better condition than the stuff in the stores, no joke. Anyways, it was a very cheap shopping trip, and those i like. After shopping I had to race to a band meeting to stuff envelopes and what-not. It's never ending I tell you!! Then I came home and did homework up until about ten minutes ago. Looooooong day. I've been on my toes quite a lot lately, so I'm looking forward to a night off. Carrie
