On to the Past

It's 12:30, so this is just a quick entry before I go to bed. I'm very tired. Third day at my Independent Newspapers. I am happy to say that I was busy all day, although not all of the work was all that interesting. But I did get to do some work in Photoshop and tonight I ran round taking pictures of basketball games between Chaparral and Saguaro (and pleased to report that Saguaro boy's varsity won). I was really glad to be out taking photos AND I got to spend time with Kris. I had dinner with the Miller men and Kris and I played my favorite video game, Justice League. I like it because I can actually play it without dying every ten seconds. Anyway, work didn't officially end for me until quarter till nine, at which point I rushed back here for a staff meeting and then a desk shift. Not very thrilling. But my job today lead me back to two homes of my past; Saguaro, and 91st Lane. I was alone on my lunch break and ended up at the convenient corner for one of their delicious sandwiches. I had the time, so I drove by the house. It was kind of weird how much driving there still felt like driving home, but I guess after 19 years of it, it will take a while before that feeling fades. Anyway, I guess that's all. I hope I sleep better tonight than I did the last. Carrie
