Hello, may I ask a favor of you? A certain user called "october" has been plaigerizing my work. It is quite clear if you read over my older entries that I wrote them before she opened an account. I've used this diary for over a year now to store my writing as I am an aspiring poet, and I'd like to know what can be done about the problem. I have already privatized my diary, but I was wondering if you might be able to delete her account? Thank you.

Scott-question for you. I can't seem to update my sitdiary. There is not "update" button for the page preferences

anyone with problems viewing the "Update" button on their preferences, please let me know which browser you're using so I can test it and fix the problem.

Look, friends, all you have to do if you're not getting an update button is take away one or both of the side panels. With both of them up, the screen's not wide enough to have the button on there.

At least, that's what I figured out.

As far as Taylor's diary goes, I'm still trying to find the actual data. If I can't find it, there should be a record of his diary on archive.org here:

my diary is gone. i have no idea what happened. a warning page comes up. i figured it would eventually work again but its been over a month and i still can't access it. i can go to other people's and the site works fine.. i just can't get to mine. if there is any way you can get it back it would be greatly appreciated, i have over a year of thoughts written in that.. and i would be completely devastated if they were lost forever.

Every single time I leave my sitDiary page, it completely erases the entire entry I just wrote! I changed my layout, I re-wrote the entry, I deleted the old one... Nothing seems to work. I'll write an entry & it appears for a second, and then I'll click, 'All Entries' and it disappears! What's going on???

lalala is freaking me out and i need to know why the entry i just saved keeps getting deleted. it's already been up for a half hour or so, and had comments and everything...and for some reason the title and all the text is being completely wiped out.

taylor's mom: i'm sure once scott gets around to reading the comments here, he might be able to reactivate your son's diary. you can also try searching for his username/url in google or yahoo cache's like these to find some of his writings. it's only a snapshot of nov '04, but it's something. take care.

the one on yahoo is a little more recent as well.

yahoo is a jerk. click the link in my previous comment, then click "back to results..." and then click on "cached" under the first search result. peace out.
