I really like my dog. He sleeps with me every night and he is really luvely and warm. I miss my kitty though. She sleeps on my balcony but she won't come inside. Pobrecita. I woke up to thunder this morning around 5. It was beautiful. It felt wonderful, and I really really like the early morning, when it's still dark, but just so calm. I was prepared for a rainy day, but it cleared up by the time I got to school. But gosh was is beautiful. The sky was perfect, with that crispness that you only get when the air is clear and the sun is bright and everything is still covered in rainwater. The clouds were stupendous.
Today I didn't talk to anyone again. I didn't walk around at break with Jocelyn, criticising everything I saw. I went to the library instead and read. I looked around to see who was there, and decided I liked everyone who was sitting at the tables, just because they were there. And then I saw this boy, Josue. Actually, his name' Josh, but I prefer Josue, because I know him from Spanish class. He makes up really funny and swift rap rhymes and he laughs a lot and is really... um... nice? He's very nice. I really adore him. Anyways. He was there reading. It made me happy.
I went to international club at lunch. I don't know why. I just did. I got to eat and see two pakistani exchange students and one boy from brazil (cute), but other than that it was a bore. I went home and got high and watched some of The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou and then studied Spanish.
This sounds really boring, which is kind of my point. I really liked it.
Today I told myself "your mom is selfish, and that is the cause of all of the problems you have ever had with her." The next moment she told me she was going to miss back2skool night because she was too tired. It figures, especially since she was the one who was feeling oh-so-guilty about only going to one of mine.
I can't believe that shit still pisses me off. I mean, really, the sister issue has been a pressing one since ever. I really should have gotten over it by now.
I can't wait to get to Scotland.
