I think that there are better and more humane ways of killing somebody than letting them starve. I guess I've never been good at these political things, and I don't know what to think about the Schiavo case, except that somehow I think what they are doing to her is wrong. How can her husband stand it, watching her die slowly like that? Well, I guess everyone dies eventually, but I bet you she'd rather die fast. At any rate I think it's cruel to keep her alive, she's not coming back. But she needs--and probably wants--to die. And now. And how. So much for love.
