anyways, i felt like i needed to let some shit out, so i wrote another poem. maybe my life will even have a happy ending like in the poem. i am alone in every way lonely and aching every day i wish i could let myself take your hand no words to make you understand i watch you from inside my shell so many dark secrets id love to tell i am close enough to touch, but a million miles away the weather inside my head is always cold and gray i am not worth the pain of either you or i yet, your smile is so warm that it brings tears to my eyes your warmth begins to melt my frozen tears you chase away my dark cold fears i lace my fingers into yours i am free, like an eagle i soar i begin to trust at last my frown shatters like broken glass
