look for the white whale

I should be reading 'Moby-Dick', but..I don't want to. If I didn't have to read 'Moby-Dick' for school, I think I'd like it. Well, most of it anyway. The whole chapter on the different types of whales and how they're hunted and what they're used for wasn't too interesting for me. It was silly. But I like the basic plotline, as much as I know of it now. I've effectively stayed away from that book and all it's affinities because whailing just doesn't appeal to me. Sorry, Herman, but yours was not the great American novel. It's good, but it's not the best. I noticed the change of weather today. I haven't been in the noticing mood as of late, but I was walking down the hill from bio lab and I realized that I wasn't dripping sweat. I felt good. It's my favorite time of year when summer turns to autumn. Everything becomes so beautiful as it prepares to endure the winter. Aren't I one in a million? Is there no one else like me? Human beings are composed of the same basic materials, but no two are the same. My personality, my beliefs, my system of analysis, all the things inside that science can't measure make me different from everyone else. I scoff at science for trying to discover me from the inside out. You can't touch me. You can't measure my happiness level with a thermometer. Conclusions you make about me won't apply to someone else because you can't find human spirit and take readings from it. We are all unalike, and I like it that way.

Hey,
IT sounds like something i'd say.I had to read a few books for school and would have liked them if I didn't read them for school and have to do a book report.
