Word of the Day: sempiternal I just want to say that I'm so glad Brazil got stomped by France this afternoon. There's nothing I hate more in a World Cup than to see Brazil prancing around like they own the Cup, especially if they make it to the final match. Now they didn't even make it past the quarterfinals. HA! This is the first all-European semifinals since 1982 or something like that, with Germany playing Italy on Tuesday and France playing Portugal on Wednesday. I kind of want to see Germany play France in the finals, they seem like the two best teams in the tournament. And then, of course, there's the whole history aspect of the match, so that's always fun to watch. PS. My bad mood has ebbed. Though it might return since JD's mother has.
