Word of the Day: countenance That's the day. So I finally gave in, went to Target on Saturday and bought some mommy clothes. Maternity shopping is really tough because you know you're going to get bigger, the clothes fit weird anyways, you're in the maternity section...it was just hard for me. And then I made the mistake of going to Old Navy and looking at clothes. That just made me sad about being pregnant right now. And being poor in general. But I bought some nice pants and a couple of cute shirts from Target, and then I went home and ordered this [in red], this [in blue], and this from ON. So hopefully I'll stop looking frumpy and start looking cute. I think Ryan's getting fired soon. I suppose we all should give him more of a chance, but he's a moron and lazy and it's hard to work with a lazy moron. He was supposed to work 3-11 this weekend, but he called in sick both Saturday [at 2:30] and Sunday [at 1:15]. This is his third week actually working, and he's already calling in sick? After forgetting to come to work completely one day and being late most of the other times? Being less than knowledgable on everything that he needs to do to do his job correctly? I just don't understand what that boy's thinking. Probably not, 'Hey, I'm getting fired soon because I'm a lazy moron,' which is what he should be thinking. I was glad, actually really glad, when I went to work yeasterday at 3 and Cyndi told me Ryal called in and Nicole was coming in at 4 for him. I was happy to work with Nicole? Yeah, that's just insane. So apart from front desk issues, the hotel's supposed to be trying to save money somehow because, even though we get money, lots of it, everyday, it just sort of disappears. I don't know, I don't think I want to know. It's still moe freakin hot here. Every day when I go to work at 3 the lady on the radio's all like, 'It's 89 outside...' and I can't believe her. I can't wait till it's cold, even till it's cool, or less humid, so that I'm not dying every time I go outside. My hair's getting longer, too, so that's another thing I have to worry about the humidity affecting. Soon enough, soon enough, it'll get a little cooler, and then a little more cooler, and then finally it'll be winter and in the 50's. Oh happy day.
