an ending

I burned my tongue on Ramen for lunch today. It hurts now. You know it's almost the end of the year when senior art projects are being set up. There's one set up out in the woods. It's kind of random. There are wooden bowls of differing sizes and a few other...things. I don't know what they are. But they have them set up in Gorman and in Braniff and in the Fishbowl and one in front of the Tower that has to do with string in patterns. I don't know. The art they normally do here doesn't really interest me much unless it's photography or something like that. I'm not artistic. I can't draw, I can't paint too well, I can't take good pictures, I'm not creative with my hands. The most creative I get is when I write, but that's not too much rewarded here. I guess sometimes I feel kind of strange here around people who are so absorbed in their projects and things because I'm not. No, nevermind, that doesn't make too much sense. Today is the last day of April. I love April, it's such a beautiful month. I've seen things this April that I haven't normally seen, felt things I don't normally feel. It's been a good April. An April of beginnings and of promises being kept. I love you, April 2003. I'll miss you and always remember you with a smile.
