"I believe in angels, something good in everything I see."
Belief, by definition, is a trust in something. It is the confidence to stand up for something that you can only trust is there.
I am not a very trusting person by nature. When I was younger I trusted to much, and to many. When you get taken advantage of like that, you learn to be a little more wary.
Now my beliefs are that of the "hippy-idealist" sort. I believe in knowledge, love, patience, and forgiveness. I believe in thought, and in words. I believe in something greater.
But not God.
I might explain my reasoning, but what difference would that make? I have stated my beliefs, you can respect that or just shutup.
I believe that pain will always exist. Pain is crucial to healing. Maybe even more crucial to learning the real life lessons. You dont know what happiness unless you have known sadness and pain.
I believe in ghosts.
I believe in demons.
I believe in angels.
Which is almost contradictory to my not believing in God.
Who gives a fuck.
I am what I am dammit, I believe what I want to. You cant really change a person, just what they think.
You are made by the world you live in.
But you have the choice. What do you really want to be?
Who do you really think you are?
