Word of the Day: vulpine
We were at the hotel in Agrigento waiting to go to the pub that opened early especially for us. Caitlin ran up to me and said some unintelligable German phrase, after which Aaron walked up and said something else in German and the two of them did some weird teach Caitlin German thing. So finally, Caitlin turned to me and said, 'So apparantly the first time I said something to you, I said, "Let's drink under the table" instead of '"Let's drink ourselves under the table."' Right, Cait, whatev. I gave her the I don't know German and you're really weird look, and we all the whole big group of us left for the pub. So while we were there Mary and I shared a pint and we all sat in a booth [I don't even know who was there--Aaron, Michelle, Mary for sure]. Mary gave me the last sip and said, 'All right, Hargrave, drink up.' So I look at the glass, I look at Mary, then Aaron, then Michelle, then I give a big grin, slide under the table, grab the glass, take the last drink, and go back up to roaring laughter. So later on I made Aaron write down 'Let's drink under the table' in German. That was really fun.
I wanted a pink one... but I think those have to be plastic. And I want a wooden one. So I suppose I should save my mulah.

That was a bit confusing.
Mom has lovely stories about her days in Denmark. She says it's beautiful there, too. I've always wanted to travel there. And to the rest of Europe. All around the world, I want to go. :) Everywhere.
And thank you for complimenting my background. :) I made it myself in paint, I'm glad you like. :D
'Every summer we can rent a cottage in the Isle of White, if it's not too dim. We shall scrimp and save. Grandchildren on your knee, Vera, Chuck, and Dave!'
:D Have you seen the Yellow Submarine movie, the cartoon with the blue meanies? I love the scene for this song. I love the whole movie. :) Hee.
Farewell and aloha. :)
