Word of the Day: meme
This will probably be short. Short and lame.
Vineta got fired yesterday, which makes CJ the only person in the sales office. Actually she's had Ping [the hotel's intern] back there for this week, but I'm sure he's supposed to be elsewhere next week. Any road, CJ's freaking out since she never really knew what she was doing anyway. Lupe made a comment today that he never wanted anyone to tell him he was being moved to the sales office because that meant certain termination. And it's becoming true.
And, more importantly, Patrick apparently has two teeth. Eeeeeeeeeeee! He's been weird lately, his nose has been a little runny, he has a little cough, he's learned to swallow his spit insead of drooling it out, he hadn't been eating his hands so much. I thought he was getting sick or a cold or something from being around the other kids at daycare [what I mourn most is the loss of my child's absolutely perfect health thus far in his life], but JD's mother attributed the symptoms to teething. I don't fully believe that, so I'm being cautous. I mean, honestly, teething makes a nose run? Where's the science of that? Any road, JD and I went out to eat to spend some time together and Patrick was still awake when we left so JD's mother got to play with him a bit. Right after we left she called to let us know she found two little bottom front teeth. I'll have to wait for tomorrow to see for myself, but awwwwwwwwwwww.
Shit. I have to make a memo for Jeff about the idiots who work at the desk. Not all of them are idiots, but there are quite a few.
Yay for Patrick's teeth!!! Can't wait to see them in pictures.

i think it's a viable conclusion, that when babies are teething they get sick.
it's much easier to get a cold when you are sticking whatever you can grab a hold of into your mouth.
