Word of the Day: pixilated
Patrick at one year
Good morning, birthday boy!
I had to work the desk today and be there at seven, so JD got Patrick ready to go to school. He seems to be having a good times eating his books.
Patrick had his very last bottle this evening. We all threw them all away. I don't think he knew what was going on at all, but he will pretty soon. Any road, JD got him some more cups today, and they were being silly with them.
Cuppy antlers!
I think he was hungry because he wasn't trying to drink from the cup, he was trying to eat the cup.
The Cake
Here is the cake we got Patrick, like I said.
Patrick enjoying his cake.
Patrick enjoying his cake some more.
The end of that.
Patrick got a bunch of clothes from my mommy, JD's mom, and the kids at the daycare [they got him an outfit]. But we're not lame like that. We got him...
...a trike!
A real one, too, not one of those pansy plastic, fold-up ones. Pft. Pansy trikes. He seemed pretty excited about it when we showed it to him.
All in all, my little babeh's one year old.
PS. For Kim--
He's smiling becuase he likes his scarf.
PSS. My progress so far on JD's scarf--
patrick is so cute.
also, your knitting looks excellent. scott can knit, i cant.
I just can't say it enough. So cute.
also. your scarves look awesome!
Patrick with the scarf, man, one happy cute baby.
i have looked at these a million times, i'm just super lazy and keep forgetting to comment.
so will we keep getting monthly pictures? :)
of you, jd, patrick, his cake-demolishing skills, my scarf, your scarf, and...
THE TRIKE.
no so much proud of that as I am jealous, though.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY PATRICK!
i think my favorite is the scarf picture. he's just so happy.
oh and way to go with the non-pansy trike. that's why you guys are such coooool parents. you don't give lame gifts.
congrats and happy birthday wishes to the babe...
