We finally have power. It’s been two full days that we’ve been out of power, and the power was out in town for four hours during the storm. I don’t understand it. To pass the time, I’ve been reading the Chronicles of Narnia. I started Tuesday night with The Magician’s Nephew and have gotten through Prince Caspian. I’m started The Voyage of the Dawn Treader when I get done in my diary. The nights have been long and miserable. I’ve been constantly saturated from all of the moisture that’s in the air. But now that the power’s back on, I have the air conditioner on high and all the windows closed. My parents will be happy.
Off to my reading.
the worst we have up here is sever thunderstorms,and unlike hurricanes,they pass in record time.
and aside from the very infrequent tornado watch,are monsterous snow storms.but they are just something to laugh at.
