Word of the Day caduceus
I know I'm still a long way off from meeting you and seeing your beautiful little face, but I'm still excited nonetheless. You're playing with me, Baby, I know you are. You kicked me this morning when I wasn't paying attention and then you wouldn't anymore. You're supposed to play those games with your daddy, not with me, dear. You're supposed to stop kicking when I say, 'Come here, JD, and feel Baby kicking." I know you can hear me, you're learning the sound of our voices, learning to move, learning how to do things. Learn away, my love. Kick me as much as you want to. Play and have fun, and we'll snuggle with you as much as we want when you come out for payback.
My dearest Baby, we love you so very much. I know I think about you all the time and I think your daddy does as well. We're both so happy to have you in our lives and we're going to give you the best that we can. I'm glad you won't be able to remember the first few years because they're going to be hard for us, but we will surely love you and things will get better.
The doctors say you're doing well, you're growing perfectly and developing wonderfully. Keep it up, my love, and we'll see you in March or April, or whenever you're ready to come out.
