Block schedule today. Odd thing. Wasn't too bad though. Did my playing test; not as good as I would have done had I been playing with Jupiter.<---my flute that is currently in the shop and going to cost $35 to fix. Mum's none too pleased. : ( English was good. Math was more humor than learning. Got home and wrote. That was an amazing feeling. I had been brainstorming a new story idea for two or three days now and I just couldn't go another day without starting some of it, even if I don't end up working it all out. It's called Sessions and it is basically a three-plot story having to do with different sessions. Trey and his mother Lucy really drive the whole story and then two (maybe three) side plots go on behind them. One of which is going to be a very intense trial of Kris Williams. (Kris is an anagram of Risk). So she has the session in court. The other one will be a session in church, but I haven't quite decided how I want that to run. If there is a third session, it will either be in a school class room or having to do with politics. Maybe both, maybe just the school. So it's got me pretty excited and busy in the head. Mum and I decorated the tree tonight and made cookies and finished up the rest of the decorations. So it was a good night. Dad slept. Tomorrow I have two hours to write a history paragraph thing for a test grade and to memorize my thing for my Coffee House audition. I'm not really sure I even want to do it any more, but I guess it's too late to change my mind. It went over well the last (and only) time I performed it, so hopefully it will have the same affect this time. I also have a french test tomorrow...etudie? hah,non. Ca va. Oh well. Amy pulled me aside during band to tell me that Adam had a gig the night of the auction date thing (he bought me for five dollars, to answer you, Jack) and that it would end up being Amy and I with Sam. O.O I told her I would feign sickness first. Anyway, at lunch Adam came up to me and told me about the gig and offered that I just got see him, which I gladly accepted. So that's that. Anyhow, that's the news update for today. Wish me luck on my audition.... Carrie
