There are few things in this world that can completely capture me away from the chaos of the day; the freedom to express into the written word, and the accompaniment of a meloncholy piano.
The day was stressful, but that's not news.
We were supposed to do a full run-though; hardly got through the first act. Tomorrow we'll perfect the fashion show and then Wednesday, when I won't be there, they'll have to get through Act II. Time is ticking...
Jim Brickman is fabulous. Just thought I'd lay that out there...
About three weeks left of school now...I'm getting antsy for the day I can sit in that beautiful living room, sunshine pouring in and a fantasy land all around me. Piano keys filling the air, computer keys filling the space around me, finally able to breathe deeply again.
There is much to be done this week, but I'd rather not think about it. One day at a time; it's easier that way. Less overwhelming that way. "I'm right on top of that, Rose!"
Well, goodnight April 17th. You've retired already and so should have I...
Carrie
