Went to bed exhausted, woke up early for no reason, got up at seven. Looking over mass comm notes for a little bit, got ready for class, and my day officially began as I left the room at 8:30. The exam wasn't too bad. From there I went to English, helped Ben, the blind kid get himself a snack on my way to French, sat dazed in that class but excited when I got my test back--A. Superb. From there I had 20 minutes of doddling. Then psyc, a class I can never spell but usually enjoy. After that I left for my doctor's appointment, found out the lump on my shoulder is harmless tumor of sorts...starts with a P...need to have a "plasty" remove it to avoid a horrible scar...rushed to Saguaro and was met by a room packed with auditionees!! SO pumped, we read and read till 5, which wasn't hardly enough time but I had to let everyone go.
I crawled through traffic to rush back to school to film CV's pilot show--it went well. After filming, Alex, Josh and I went out for some well-deserved burgers.
I don't feel like I've done anything for the TV show, but now that we actually have a show, I'm motivated to put a package together. It's funny, at the beginning of the semester I didn't have much interest in being an anchor, I was more interested in being behind the scenes. But after studio day at DOD, I really like the prospect of being an anchor/reporter. Anyway, now that my Tuesdays and Thursdays are so empty (all I have is Astronomy in the morning since I'm going to a different psyc class), I'll have time to put some packages together.
I've spent a lot of time shifting through audition sheets--half the cast is set I think. It all rests in tomorrow's call-backs...
Daddy leaves for Kansas tomorrow to get Grandma. I'm going home for dinner with my mommy and then to put together the final list...TBA-Friday morning. I just need to think about how I want to handle auditions tomorrow...
PS- College is much more enjoyable when you're disgustingly busy. : )
