Interesting day, another great save by Kristofer (now officially dubbed CK)and his family. The physics car was miracuously put into gear by 6th hour and we got an A for the day, other adjustments for next run to follow. Rehearsal wasn't too bad--we're getting down to the wire now with opening night next Wednesday. Scary stuff. Left early from rehearsal for Cotillion, which was long and almost interesting: Four women talking to us about their lives and careers. Two were dull, two were really neat to listen to (one of which looked like a twin to Gina Davis). Anyhow, right when that ended I scarffed down a pic-nic dinner with my mom in the car and then we went to our first hand bell rehearsal--have I mentioned this yet? Mom and I are playing handbells on Christmas Eve with the Millers at their church. It was pretty tricky at first, but after some super high-lighting, I think we'll be fine (that is, if my mother ever learns to subdivide...)It was really fun, I have to admit. For an hour afterwards (at home) mom reminded me over and over what a great guy Kristofer is and how wonderful his family is and all that jazz. We still can't get over the amazement in it all, that X-amount of months ago we were nervous and oblivious to the names and faces of our recently made dearest friends. And now, I can't imagine life without Kris. Oh wait, I remember the word now--lonely.
Here's my greatest hope to all of you--that one day you'll find that one person in the world who can make you light up on your darkest days and never forget to tell you they love you.
Carrie
I love you
