Yay for the Zoo! It was so awesome! I know that sounds lame or sarcastic, but I really did love the zoo! I don't even know why really...anyway, I took over 100 pictures and some of them came out reeallly good. I wish I could post them in here, but I don't know how. : Hm. Anyway, after the zoo, mom and I headed down to ASU, had lunch (and some creepy guy touched me *shudder*) and after getting a little lost, met up with Heather and Alex for a tour of our dorm. The dorm is really pretty ugly from the outside, but inside it's sooo nice. There's a huge courtyard with grass and a volleyball area (a bunch of people were playing while we were there) and it's basically a big sqaure three stories high. Journalism is on the third floor, which I am totally siked about. We saw two different rooms, a small one and a larger one and I'm trying my best to get a larger room because the small one looked...well, uncomfortable. I mean, I'm sure it would be find if it were arranged the right way but, lets face it, who doesn't want more room to put their crap in, right? So that was fun.
After that, I finally aquired a little item I've been wanting since freshmen year: A passport. It seems like a funny thing to want, but it has just always been in my mind that if I had a passport, I was just that much closer to being able to achieve my dreams, like a passport was my unofficial ticket to see the world. So it will be arriving here soon. : ) *yay*
Over-all it was an awesome day for me. I know it didn't go quite so well for others, but I guess that's just the way the world turns. If we all had a bad day at the same time, we would have ruined Earth ages ago.
Well, hope everyone is doing well...(Sarah, log-in when you comment, I can't find your diary otherwise! :p )
