My audition last night went extremely well, I got very nervous and had oodles of fun. I didn't get a call back (which I was expecting, being a freshmen trying out for one of four roles), but I think the judges liked me and it was good to make myself known to them. Aaron Wester, on the other hand, did get called back and has a very good possibility of making a show, so congrats to him!
Kristofer came home yesterday. It was nice having him in my dorm last night. Tanisha had already gone home for the weekend so it was like living in a New York apartment with my hubby. : )
It's been an absolute lazy day today. Kris and I got a very slow start, went to his house and chatted with his father for a bit, went to lunch at Panda, then came to my house where he promptly fell asleep. I took a short nap and then got up do some writing while he snoozed on. I am very excited to report that I am INCHES away from finishing my play. I am ecstatic! I can't wait to do the finishing touches and then show it to T and *hopefully* begin auditions! AHH! That would be SO incredibly awesome! It's all in my hands at this point...
Tonight I think our families are going to the movies to see March of the Penguins. Everyone has been raving about it and since it's a documentary, dad will like it and I'm even more excited about that fact because of me new developing career choice.
Anyway, that's the scoop! Had a good weekend everyone and pleasant Labor Day.
Carrie
