Looong day, but not half bad. School really sucks. It's really such a bother. Don't they know I have more important things going on? Anyway, we still haven't had a full run-through of the show. Scary???? The band concert, however, went over very, very well. Orchestra kinda sucked, (no offense to y'all) but band rocked the house. Except for this one flute who kept getting off...*glare*. Wasn't me! I was pleased and our parents were impressed and all was right in the world. Oh yes, and I very much appreciated Mr. Miller's speech for my mommy, for today is her "29th birthday!" And I feel the need to express how much I appreciate Mr. Miller's very non chelant way of conducting. After watching several conductors dance around stage, it's nice to see someone with a baton not trying to steal all the attention. The music should tell the audience how to feel, not the way the conductor is doing his/her interperative dance. ANYWAYS, very happy right now and frightfully nervous for tomorrow and the following week--finals--EEEK! Bonsoir! Happy birthday mommy!!!!!!! Carrie
