"In my heartsent
My confession
My condolence,
You're indefinite
You're incompetent
Inconsiderate.
You're so childish,
I will push you out of what is real
Out of my head
You can stick and drown at your residence of dissapointments
Are of yours to come.
So embrace them oh my shallow one today,
If I could change anything then I would change everything.
These bitter days shall remain.
I don't ask for your forgiveness
I don't care much for your actress
That's just you though
Shallow and selfish.
So I go now, oh my hollow one today.
If I could change anything then I would change everything
These bitter days shall remain.
So carry your blues behind your eyes,
Don't flatter yourself I will survive.
So carry your blues your own denial.
Your feathers are gone you'll never fly.
If I could change anything,
Then I would wipe the years away...
If I could change anything,
Then I would wipe the years away!
If I could change anything,
Then I would change EVERYTHING
These bitter days shall remain
Since you're gone I'm much better than you...
So carry your blues behind your eyes,
Don't flatter yourself I will survive
So carry your blues your own denial
Your feathers are gone
You'll never fly
She'll never fly...."
So... I'm a bit bitter. But at least I have the guts and decency to SAY so. Correct me if I'm wrong, but when you lead someone on, giving them false hope and letting them give you their ALREADY fragile, broken heart... (not to mention throwing a fit and getting offended when they tell you they think that's what you're gonna do)...When you leave them, you should at least TELL THEM. Right? You should at least come out and say "Oops, sorry about that, I never really wanted your heart. Here's the pieces back, I'm gonna go be with the person I really wanted in the first place. He's all I EVER wanted, needed, loved, etc. Sorry for the trouble, but HEY, I'M happy!".
NEVER love a woman. All they do is lie to you and then leave you bleeding in the dirt. I know I've learned MY lesson. I guess I just needed to be crushed ONE MORE TIME. Thanx for that.
Whatever. As they say, "This too shall pass".
(And, oh yeah, that poem on AllPoetry WAS about you)
