to begin 216. started gym 8/8 and continued to 8/9. 30 minute on the swinging thing. 25 arms. 20 arms. 10 minute on treadmill. --------------------- need to build a good routine. maybe one thing one hour different every day for 5 days in a row. no less. 5 day work out routine. think i will work out a schedule. i love the gym. and want to be fit. no more fat. no more giving in. especially after tonight. i want health and wealth. fit and lean and mean. im lucky to be 25 and not too old. this should work well. hopefully.
