Happy Halloween! ahhhh, such a lovely day. autumn is the best season. being a fairy princess means putting sparkles on EVERYTHING and getting away with it. yay 44 days until awesomeness! Jan 10 is dance night and I'm doing a solo improv and the intermediate class is doing a fun veil dance to some song from the 50s. February is Club Cairo and Kristal asked me to do a duet with her -- honor of honors! now, school...is going. finances are crap. why is health insurance so gosh danged expensive? at least interest rates for mortgages are at historic lows and there are a lot of houses in the 70 - 90 thousand range on the market at the moment. on the other hand my mutual fund has dropped about half of its value in the last few years (go figure), so it's going to be a while before it would make sense to dip into that. maybe it's a good thing i haven't invested more money in stocks and got a money market account instead. I'll start an IRA when I have bought a house. the hot soil physics grad student said hi to me today, an complimented my outfit. hee! he's from Russia! this weekend will be fun. i just have to remember to do some homework while i'm at it.
