6:27 Early Monday Evening (August 18, 2008)   The Two Worst Days of the Week ugh, sundays and mondays. particularly at night. poo poo on you, sirs! I worked for a whole 8 hours again today, woo woo go me! I always feel accomplished after I do a full work day...probably because I just don't very often. I'd really like to get 40 hours this week though since school starts next week and I'll take a serious hit in my working availability... though hooray for having that job with Dr J lined up! If I work for a full 40 hours this week, then I can easily pay for the new digital camera I've been eying lustily (Canon Powershot SX100 IS)...with some cash to spare (I mean, save). My old camera, though only 2 years in age, is acting wonkily and the picture quality seems to be diminishing. Yesterday I went to the park with Thena and M, met the guy Thena likes (Dan) and the guy who likes Thena (Core)... it was interesting. Core doesn't seem to be a very social person...but nice. Friendly-ish...if a bit of a know-it-all. Dan is funny, good choice on Thena's part. He likes her too, but 'doesn't want a girlfriend' right now. So whatever, still fun to hang out with. It was good overall; we ate pizza and played in the park. I admired the squirrels in the trees while everyone else tried to hunt them down with sticks, terrible people. The rest of my day was very chill, I did nothing useful. I fixed a hole in my sister's shirt, but that was it. Tomorrow I am determined to ride my bike to work!
