if your talking about yourself... I feel the same exact way right now. and trying to do the "smart" thing seems to have the opposite effect. i'm thinking it might be a disease... :[

you're not stupid teresa, it's understandable that you're in a pretty tough place right now. rah. and go us and our asian woman drivingness. speaking of that, i should really learn to drive sometime. yup.
im quite sure that's just being female, if not human. of course you choose emotions in conversations and reflect and think, how not rational of me later, but who can blame you? we're all guilty of it. sometimes (always) its easier to go with the emotive response because it takes much less effort and (for lack of better words) its further ahead in our brains.
