And now, back to our regularly scheduled diary rant. FUCK United States Immigration services!! How absolutely WORTHLESS and INCOMPETENT can an agency be? How can you get 3 pages of an application and deposit a check for over USD 1000 and manage to lose TWO HUDRED FUCKING PAGES of necessary supporting documents that came in the SAME FUCKING PACKAGE?!?!?? Not only is this INCREDIBLY inconvenient just for gathering those 200 pages back up (including but not limited to wedding photos, tax documents, and a fucking sealed envelope containing the vaccination records they wanted so badly to be in a fucking sealed envelope), but this resets the 90-day process until Caleb can even hope to get "probation" or whatever so he can FUCKING LEAVE THIS GODFORSAKEN COUNTRY. 90 days from now is DANGEROUSLY fucking close to when we would want to be LEAVING for New Zealand, not to when we can afford to start buying the fucking tickets! If we can't go to New Zealand for Christmas hols to visit family and go on our proper honeymoon, I know it's not the end of the world but I will be so exceedingly angry that I will find a way to do something about it and maybe find a way to forcibly probe the entire immigration services in the ass as a thank you gift for doing the same to me. HOW on earth is a first world country still struggling with simple concepts like keeping paperwork together? it's not like it got lost in the mail because THEY FUCKING DEPOSITED THE CHECK and MAILED ME A RECEIPT so it's obviously incompetence on their part and i will in the mean time try very very hard not to kill the small fuzzy adorable pets of every worker in that sad sack of a department.
