Its back!!

Wow, so much has happened since Dec 2011.

I'm 24 years old now. I just bought a condo Feb 12, 2013 in the Midvale area. Not the best area I suppose.....Nevermind the triple homicide that happened down the street the same day I closed on the house....

I bought brand new carpet for the whole place and a brand new washer/dryer (a good deal on Presidents Day sale) and a used fridge. Some big financial situations this year. Man oh man.Kinda stressful. I loved the floor plan, the actual home owner feel, keeper HOA I've found, and big kitchen.

My mortgage is technically $592, but since I have a condo/HOA fee its another $95 on top of that. But still, even at $680 I dont think you can rent for that much in SLC area, esp a two bedroom place. My rate is 3.75%. Beat that bitches! mwhaha. A rare occassion to see your interest payments aren't more than your actual loan.

I got a cat. Not much else I need besides a condo and a cat! Okay okay I'm looking for a roommate.

And with my new condo and so many changes there has been some changes with the situation between Evan and I. We'll see how that goes.
