made it through my first day as a vegan, raw food vegan to be even more specific. sloppily but it counts. morning was rough. i don't like bananas by themselves. but someone said they tastegood frozen. but i dont know if it was an overly ripe one or i just do not like bananas unless they are in smoothies and such. so i didn't eat all morning. had a lot of water though. o nvm.. i would have not eaten all day... but i was starving and ate a granola bar left over in my bag from e3. it was a weird day to start a new diet. i babysat elijah today. so i stopped by walmart on my way and picked up some stuff. i ate strawberries and blueberries. it was so cute, elijah loved the blueberries :) he got so excited every time i gave him one. he was so cuddly too! elijah took a nap from 1:15-4! and so did i :) when he woke up we played, watched spongebob and veggietales and i fed him and i had almonds and some crackers. oh and grape tomatoes! and then more strawberries and blueberries. when sal got up i had a bite of his afgan food stuff. and then when i got home i made a spinach and pepper salad with balsalmic vinegar. would have added the rest of my grape tomatoes but i think i left them at sal and stephs. grrr. it was a little too peppery but still good. and thats it. oh and i ate some chips.. thats the least healthy thing i ate today and not a lot.. just like a small handful. so for a first day, i'd say i did pretty good. especially for someone who had little time to prepare and no motivation when it comes to diets. but i like the idea of this diet. not just vegan but raw food. food looses so much nutrients and good stuff when its cooked. besides the lack of b12, i think its a good diet.. right now im just taking a multivitamin and calcium. but i want to take b6, b12, d, and calcium.
I would write more but i am POOPED! I don't know how stephnie (and other moms) do it. its pretty exhausting.. but worth it. i cant wait to have babies .. but i guess i have to :/ *sigh*
until next time.........
